•  Minimum One Year Recruitment Experience.
•  Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and various other resourcing tools Target driven with a proactive attitude.
•  Resilient with a desire to develop your professional skills.
•  A passion for tech is a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a consultant, you will be working on a warm desk sourcing candidates for your market and pre-screening them to ensure they are qualified against the clients’ requirements.
• You will also be expected to bring on new clients of your own once you are up and running in line with the company’s growth strategy. You will be accountable for your own KPI’s in line with Company standards.
• You will have the option to choose which market you would like to work in from either, Denmark, Norway or Switzerland and will receive industry standard training to ensure your recruitment skills are sharpened and to the standard expect. Alongside this you will receive the tools and resources to grow professionally with a clear path to progression.
